Q: What are your hours of operation?

A: All cruises are by appointment only. The more advance notice you can provide, the more likely we will be able to accommodate your requested time.

We offer cruises from March 1 thru Sept 30 and from sunrise to sunset.  Send us a message to schedule your cruise.


Q: How long does a typical cruise last?

A: Our standard cruises are approximately 1.5 hours. 

However, we are happy to accommodate your requests by extending or shortening the trip. 


Q: How much does it cost for a lake cruise?

A: See our "Services" section for up to date prices. 


Q: Do you serve Adult drinks or food during the cruise?

A: By law we cannot provide any alcohol. However, you may bring anything you wish to eat or drink (including adult beverages) to enjoy during the cruise.
We do provide bottled water during the cruise.


Q: Can we go fishing, tubing or skiing?
A: Sorry, we only offer leisurely cruises around the lake. We are not a fishing guide, but I know some good ones if you need a referral.  

Q: What should I bring?

A: Bring anything you think you might need, ie: sunscreen, a towel, a hat, sunglasses, drinks or snacks and a good attitude.


Q: Do you have lifejackets?

A: Yes, We have plenty of adult sized life jackets if needed.  We have a few smaller life jackets for teens, however, if you have very small children you will need to bring their own life vests.  Anyone under the age of 13 must wear a life vest at all times. 


Q: How do I pay?

A: We are currently a cash only business.  However, if discussed in advance we may can accept Venmo.


Q: What about gratuities?

A: We are a family business and we want to earn your tips.  Any tips you provide are very much appreciated but they are in no way expected.


Q: Can I purchase a gift certificate?

A: Yes, you can purchase gift certificates for you friends and family. We will provide you with a certificate that is good for 1 year from date of purchase.

Q: Where do we get on the boat? What are the pickup locations?

A: We pickup from multiple locations on Lake Palestine or can even pick you up right off the dock at your home or vacation rental.

A: Visit our Facebook page to see reviews from our guests as well as pictures from past cruises. Don't forget to like and share our page.


Q: Are pets allowed on the cruise?

A: We love our dog too, but unfortunately pets are not allowed on the boat unless they are a certified service animal.

Q: Do you rent boats or jet skis?

A: No we are strictly a lake tour/cruise business. We do not rent anything.
